NEW YORK, NY, July 10, 2026 / Clark-Ritchotte Communications, LLC today announced that it has acquired Panda Development Group, the software studio behind a growing portfolio of SaaS applications and custom app development services. Under the agreement, Clark-Ritchotte Communications acquires Panda Development Group along with all of its current SaaS applications and the rights to every future application the team develops. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Panda Development Group designs and develops custom applications, SaaS products, business tools, automations, portals, and connected digital experiences. The acquisition adds a dedicated product engineering team to Clark-Ritchotte Communications, which has spent more than a decade delivering voice and telecommunications, managed IT, managed WordPress, and cybersecurity services to small businesses, enterprises, government agencies, and nonprofits.
A portfolio of software built for real businesses
Panda Development Group joins Clark-Ritchotte Communications with a portfolio of live products, each solving a specific problem for the teams that use it. With this acquisition, the following applications and brands now operate under the Clark-Ritchotte umbrella:
- PandaDAM, digital asset management software with a searchable media library, duplicate detection, facial recognition, and secure sharing links.
- HopPanda, a New York City link shortener and QR code maker with UTM tracking and analytics.
- PandaSplat, a platform for publishing Gaussian splatting 3D virtual tours with multi-floor support, a spatial map, and points of interest.
- TapBadge, NFC digital business cards and keychains that link to a customizable professional profile.
- SmartPawID, QR code pet tags that give finders instant access to a pet's profile, medical information, and owner contact details.
- Panda Transit Tracker, real-time transit arrival tracking.
- Panda Web Analytics, website analytics for the brands and clients we serve.
- Laser Trash Panda, a laser engraving brand supported by Panda Development Group's job costing and inventory tools.
Every application continues to operate without interruption. Existing customers keep their accounts, data, and pricing, and will begin to benefit from the infrastructure, security, and support resources of Clark-Ritchotte Communications over the coming months.

Current and future applications
The agreement covers more than the products available today. Clark-Ritchotte Communications acquires the rights to all future SaaS applications developed by Panda Development Group, giving the combined company a long-term product roadmap. New applications will launch under the Panda Development Group name and will be governed by the same Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Acceptable Use Policy that cover every Clark-Ritchotte brand.
Panda Development Group will also continue to accept custom development work. Clients of Clark-Ritchotte Communications and Nu Interactive Media can now engage the team for custom applications, client portals, workflow automation, and integrations, with hosting, security, and support delivered by Clark-Ritchotte.
What this means for customers
For customers of Panda Development Group, day-to-day use of each product stays the same. Over time, customers can expect stronger infrastructure and redundancy through Clark-Ritchotte Communications' cloud partners, expanded security monitoring, and access to a larger support team based in New York City and Orlando. For existing Clark-Ritchotte clients, the acquisition opens access to a ready-made library of business software, along with a development team that can build what is not available off the shelf.
Backend services, including the pandadatabase.net database platform that supports the Panda applications, are also part of the transaction and will be maintained by the combined engineering team.
